The dough divider and rounder is engineered for adjustable dough portions, handling dough balls weighing from 30 to 150 g. Five mold options are available: 30–50 g, 50–70 g, 70–90 g, 90–110 g, and 120–150 g. The dough divider and rounder can process dough with up to 40% water content, but is not suitable for very wet or sticky dough. Divided dough balls are smooth, uniform, and perfectly rounded.
