Horizontal Dough Mixer with Automatic Tilting Bowl (135L-420L)
The horizontal dough mixer is designed to evenly blend measured quantities of flour, water (recommended flour-to-water ratio 1:0.4–0.45), and other ingredients into dough. Due to the large batch size, manual tilting is difficult, so the mixer is equipped with an automatic tilting function, saving time and labor. The tilting bowl can be stopped at any position for convenient and quick operation. The mixer is primarily used for preparing dough for bread, dumplings, steamed buns, and other bakery products.
