Equipped with speed control, the slicer allows the rotation speed to be adjusted according to the moisture content of the vegetables, ensuring optimal yield and efficient processing. Its fully open design makes loading and unloading easy and convenient. The machine features integrated composite blades, a durable 304 stainless steel frame, and a safety cut-off that immediately stops operation when the cover is opened. With a production capacity of up to 3 tons per hour, it is well-suited for high-volume processing.
